Been living here since October 2023, and I've always enjoyed being here. Robyn and Jaime are both amazing and so friendly. Maintenance requests are always addressed as timely as possible, and the property is very well kept. Robyn is the nicest Community Manager I've ever met, and it's always so lovely to get to chat with her. Jaime is in charge of maintenance on the property, and he's been so helpful with any requests I put in. There have been numerous community events since I've lived here, and they always seem to be popular. There is a nice little gym here, attached to the office as an amenity. Overall, I think this is a lovely spot to live, and I am happy I found it when I did.

I don't know what he fixed? But he did a great job doing it. Have not heard it make a noise yet,unless it's suppos to?Two thumbs up.

I love this place, I just renewed our lease for another year, and I can confidently say that this is the best apartment I've ever lived in. Robyn has always been such an amazing caring manager, the maintenance has also been amazing. The community is SAFE and I love my neighbors, you don't get to live in many places like this, and this will for sure be my last apartment before buying a home. <3

Great community to live in! Ive been here 2 years now and Robyn and both of the maintenance men have been amazing the whole time. The community is so well taken care of and you can tell they put a lot of pride into it. The grounds are always clean, the community facilities are always in great shape, the community is mostly quiet (just a bit of traffic noise here and there), and overall everyone is very respectful of one another. Theres plenty of parking and you can reserve a covered spot. Ive put in 2 maintenance requests in my time here and both were addressed within 24 hours. Robyn is always so friendly; youll often find other residents just chatting with her in the office. Anytime I have had a question or concern shes a joy to talk to and very helpful. After 3 horrendous experiences at my last 3 apartments (looking at you Fairways/Greystar) I can not be happier having a competent and caring manager run Cedardale. Its been great living here and i would recommend it to anyone I know personally.

We are very happy with our time in these apartments, 2 years ago we moved out of state and throughout the entire moving in process, Robyn was taking care, she made moving 2 days before Christmas the most pleasant and happy for my family. She was always in contact with us during our trip until she gave us the keys to the apartment. Thanks Robyn, cedardale manager!

The manager is a great person and very helpful in your time of need. Whenever there is a problem you can go to her. Any maintenance problems are solved in a very timely manner. I have lived here for 6 years and have no plans to move. I feel safe!
