Apartment hunting can be both fun and challenging! Finding an apartment that’s affordable, in a good location and up to your living standards are just the first things you need to worry about when choosing the perfect apartment. Whether you’re a first-time apartment renter, or you’ve been in the game for a while, you’ll want to ask some important questions before you sign a lease and collect your keys. What size apartments are available at Cedardale?

One-bedroom units: 608 sq ft.
Two-bedroom units (2 bed/1 bath): 841 sq ft
Two-bedroom units (2 bed/ 1.5 bath): 905 sq ft

Does Cedardale offer parking?

Yes, Cedardale has covered parking spaces available for $50/month as well as open parking for your visitors.

What amenities are offered?

A fob-access fitness center with high-end equipment.   A sport court (for basketball and bocce) for resident use. A new dog park / pet park for dogs to play.  Clubhouse/lounge area, recently renovated. Outdoor picnic/barbecue area with tables and a covered outdoor space.   Valet trash service (i.e., convenient trash pick-up).  Package locker/locker station for deliveries.  Car wash / vacuum station for resident use.  Community-wide WiFi.

Are there pet amenities?

Absolutely!  We have a dog park and we warmly welcome your four- legged family members.  We also offer pet stations throughout the community for easy clean-up.

Why Cedardale?

Dedicated sport court: Cedardale offers a combined bocce + basketball sport court on-site, which is less common in many apartment communities.
 
Large fenced dog park: A fully-fenced dog park (pet park) is built into the community’s amenity set, giving pet?owners a place for their dogs to run and socialize.

Significant recent renovations: The property has undergone recent interior & exterior upgrades — e.g., kitchens with quartz countertops, removal of popcorn ceilings, upgraded flooring, keyless entry in some units.
 
Valet trash service: This convenience amenity (trash pick-up at the door/curb) is called out as a rare feature in the area.

Location & size of grounds: Built in 1981 and occupying about seven acres, Cedardale’s size and green-space footprint allow for more amenities and room than tighter, newer communities.
 
Community-wide WiFi & delivery/package locker station: The property has implemented modern touches for convenience, including package locker stations and WiFi in common areas and all apartment homes.
