I love it here.

Staff have been very helpful and accommodating

I moved in here a few months ago and so far everything has been great. The office staff are very friendly, and the maintenance crew is 11/10

Excited for our family to start our new chapter but a little bummed to say goodbye to Cedardale. A quiet complex with a gym, playground, and a little fenced area for dogs. The manager and maintenance guy here are great! They were always friendly, flexible, and available!! They also put on pretty regular little events that are fun for everyone and help to make the small community feel more connected.

Been living here since October 2023, and I've always enjoyed being here. Robyn and Jaime are both amazing and so friendly. Maintenance requests are always addressed as timely as possible, and the property is very well kept. Robyn is the nicest Community Manager I've ever met, and it's always so lovely to get to chat with her. Jaime is in charge of maintenance on the property, and he's been so helpful with any requests I put in. There have been numerous community events since I've lived here, and they always seem to be popular. There is a nice little gym here, attached to the office as an amenity. Overall, I think this is a lovely spot to live, and I am happy I found it when I did.

I don't know what he fixed? But he did a great job doing it. Have not heard it make a noise yet,unless it's suppos to?Two thumbs up.

I love this place, I just renewed our lease for another year, and I can confidently say that this is the best apartment I've ever lived in. Robyn has always been such an amazing caring manager, the maintenance has also been amazing. The community is SAFE and I love my neighbors, you don't get to live in many places like this, and this will for sure be my last apartment before buying a home. <3
