APARTMENT REVIEWS IN Federal Way

I lived here for two and a half years and can honestly say this is probably going to be the best apartment I will live in. Would not have moved out if it was closer to my job. Robyn was consistent with communication and friendliness, Jamie in maintenance was very respectful and prompt with requests every time. The property is well maintained and fairly quiet. Best renting experience I’ve had by far. I’m sometimes skeptical of good reviews but I have literally no complaints about this complex and would definitely recommend it if this is the area you’re looking for.

Fixed problem quickky

Lauren and Robin is so super sweet. The complex is quiet and well maintained. The second room is a little small but doable. Love the fireplace and my little backyard. Very quiet. Overall, the apartment is very cute. Ample closet space. You’re the best Lauren. Very patient. She help me all the way from step 1 to getting the keys. I’m happy.

It is so peaceful and quiet and no one steel's here you can leave your things out and they will steel be there the next day and Robyn she is sweetest manager. Always helping when needed. Can beat the serenity in the complex.

Robyn is a great example of how manager should be. She is on top of everything and still will find time for activities in our community. Thank you for coming back you were missed greatly.
