Been living here since October 2023, and I've always enjoyed being here. Robyn and Jaime are both amazing and so friendly. Maintenance requests are always addressed as timely as possible, and the property is very well kept. Robyn is the nicest Community Manager I've ever met, and it's always so lovely to get to chat with her. Jaime is in charge of maintenance on the property, and he's been so helpful with any requests I put in. There have been numerous community events since I've lived here, and they always seem to be popular. There is a nice little gym here, attached to the office as an amenity. Overall, I think this is a lovely spot to live, and I am happy I found it when I did.

I love this place, I just renewed our lease for another year, and I can confidently say that this is the best apartment I've ever lived in. Robyn has always been such an amazing caring manager, the maintenance has also been amazing. The community is SAFE and I love my neighbors, you don't get to live in many places like this, and this will for sure be my last apartment before buying a home. <3

Great community to live in! Ive been here 2 years now and Robyn and both of the maintenance men have been amazing the whole time. The community is so well taken care of and you can tell they put a lot of pride into it. The grounds are always clean, the community facilities are always in great shape, the community is mostly quiet (just a bit of traffic noise here and there), and overall everyone is very respectful of one another. Theres plenty of parking and you can reserve a covered spot. Ive put in 2 maintenance requests in my time here and both were addressed within 24 hours. Robyn is always so friendly; youll often find other residents just chatting with her in the office. Anytime I have had a question or concern shes a joy to talk to and very helpful. After 3 horrendous experiences at my last 3 apartments (looking at you Fairways/Greystar) I can not be happier having a competent and caring manager run Cedardale. Its been great living here and i would recommend it to anyone I know personally.

We are very happy with our time in these apartments, 2 years ago we moved out of state and throughout the entire moving in process, Robyn was taking care, she made moving 2 days before Christmas the most pleasant and happy for my family. She was always in contact with us during our trip until she gave us the keys to the apartment. Thanks Robyn, cedardale manager!

I am nearing the end of what will end up being about a 2.3-year stay here. The staffing manager and the maintenance people have been professional and courteous throughout that period, and the community itself is largely quiet. The neighborhood is walkable, includes several good restaurants, and has a range of grocery stores nearby. There is some occasional noise from guys doing donuts in the back of the Safeway lot next door. The main reason I plan on moving is to find something a bit more spacious for a comparable price.

The manager is a great person and very helpful in your time of need. Whenever there is a problem you can go to her. Any maintenance problems are solved in a very timely manner. I have lived here for 6 years and have no plans to move. I feel safe!

First of Robyn is so full of energy and positivity and I am more than happy I moved different city's and have a great property manager like her. The building is taken care of very nicely and the home was actually made ready. No mistakes! Her communication is great as well. Parking spaces are affordable as well as the rent and the trash pick up is great as well! I can not wait to officially officially move in this week!

Had a viewing appointment booked but there was no one in the office the day that we were there. Thankfully Daniel, the maintenance man, was nice enough to take us to see the unit. Something that is outside of his pay but he was the most friendly ever. This man deserves a raise!

The manager and the community are great! Would have given it a 5 star if the complex would allow for shared housing section 8 reasonable accommodation which allows the tenant with section 8 housing assistance their own lease with their portion of the shared lease when the unit exceeds 1 bedroom.

This place is well managed, and the residents are treated like family. The resident manager Robyn treats each resident as if they were her own family. The rent is high, but it is everywhere. We would not have stayed here if the owners replaced her.

The staff is nice and helpful! The property is kept clean and beautiful. The 1/2 basketball court, 2 BBQ grills, workout room & kiddy playground are nice entertainment. Walking distance to grocery stores, restaurants & gas stations. On a Metro bus route (with limited pickup & drop off times). Included in rent is 1 covered parking spot and after hours Security Patrol is available. When you live downstairs, you can hear the upstairs neighbors walking, stomping or running inside because there is not alot of carpet. There are NO garages or swimming pool on site for the high price of the apt. Lastly, I love the Community Rule of NO SMOKING on the property nor inside each apt.

My lease will be expiring soon and I can conclude that this was a pretty solid stay. My neighbors were great, there’s never an issue with trash, the community overall is great and we’re small which is cool. The only reason i’m not giving my stay 5 stars is due to old age and the lack of appreciation for the non renovated homes. The appliances are very old and outdated, the light bulbs in my unit seemed to always burn out fast or flicker even when there was no storm or inclement weather, my fridge would experience this loud knocking/ humming sound at night & no it does not come with an ice maker, when I initially moved in the unit was not cleaned or walked. Management did rectify the situation by issuing me a credit however it doesn’t negate the fact that I’m having to bear the responsibility of the previous tenants negligence for the home. The manager Robyn has been amazing since she’s started and the maintenance representative is such a sweet heart and very accountable when mistakes arise even when they’re out of his control. It is overall a solid stay and despite my unit they do have renovated units here so don’t let 4 stars deter you. You get what you pay for.

Moving from Texas to Washington has been a huge adjustment, but Robyn the new manager has been more then extremely helpful to us every step of the way and made it super easy to get an apartment quickly, we had a 2 week schedule! We love it here, it’s so quiet and peaceful. We are tucked away with privacy right next to a shopping center. Best location!
